What is embroidered fabric?First of all.I need to explain that it’s a combination.
Embroidered fabrics must have a bottom net, bottom net is can be knitted fabric, woven fabric, mesh, flannelette, elastic cloth, tulle, it can even be a layer of paper. If it is a piece of paper, the process is water-soluble embroidery, and finally the paper is dissolved in special water, leaving only the pattern design composed of embroidery thread, which is both beautiful and fashionable, but it is relatively high cost.more used in, brand women’s
fabrics or wedding fabrics and underwear decorative fabrics.besides with a layer of paper as the bottom of the net,in the textile market is more conventional as bottom net cloth embroidered fabrics, even the fabric as the bottom of the net,it also requires a membrane paper,it is plastic. It will be overlaps with the net cloth, and then spread on the embroidery machine, embroidery line will embroider the corresponding pattern, and then sent to the processing plant, this layer of plastic film dissolved. Therefore, no matter what kind of embroidery process,it needs a process of dissolution.as for the dissolution process, we can divide it into two kinds:
1.It is dissolved by high temperature. Its advantages are low cost and affordable. The
disadvantage is the embroidery thread are too many and too close, it dissolves not clean,
can have the residue of film paper, and feel is not soft enough
2.The membrane paper is dissolved by water. Its advantage is that the membrane paper can be dissolved very clean, and feel relatively soft, its disadvantage is relatively high cost.
